With the leaves changing and the sun setting earlier, it is starting to feel like fall. During this change in season, we have found that people are in search of recipes that warm the soul.

For the next 3 weeks we will be doing a recipe series where we will share some of our healthy soul-warming recipes so you can get that comfort food feeling without the guilt.

We are going to kick off the series with our take on a Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte. This recipe has less sugar than your conventional Pumpkin Spice Latte, and it is so heartwarming. Honestly, there is nothing better than curling up to a warm beverage on a chilly day.
